Being able to speak your mind without suffering negative consequences
Psychological safety is consistently under valued in companies, most likely because employees and leaders are unaware of its existence and the importance fostering it. The level of psychological safety is not high enough if the organisation does not work actively with improving it, or it other words it does not come by it self we need to foster it.
